What to expect at the treatment session:
Assessments and information are collected to develop a treatment plan with a corrective focus and goal. This can also be done with a formal posture screen (with a full detailed copy emailed to you).
Post-treatment assessment is also done to evaluate improvement and determine future treatment goals. Clients will be given neuromuscular re-education and self care strategies to build upon and improve progress in treatment goals between sessions.
Evaluation and verbal communication/feedback is highly encouraged during these sessions. This work is done in loose fitting, thin clothing, (runner shorts, yoga pants, cotton t-shirt, or tank top). Lotion is used only if necessary. Incorporated approaches and techniques are as follows:

- Medical Massage-Detailed and Specific to region of pain.
- Joint Mobilization
- Stretch Therapies such as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitiation (PNF)
- “Trigger Point"/Neuromuscular Therapy
- Myoskeletal /Structural Alignment
- Percussion
- Cupping Therapy
- Heat: Infrared, stones, heat packs
- IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization)
